I went over to the PBOC with some other CrossFitters last night and did a little Deadlifting. Sure is nice to have the additional motivation.

Good job Todd. I have had a hard time getting my workouts in. Monday I did a lot of cleans with 55% for practice. I didn't have time for a metcon. Tuesday I unloaded dumbells and setup the dumbell rack. We now have a full set from 10 to 100 lbs. These dumbells used to belong to Spring Creek Correctional Center. Today I will be unloading a lot of plates and rubber matting. I feel lucky that this guy wants to store his stuff here indefinitely. I also have been doing some work on wide stance PL squats. These are interesting and I have some sore glutes without doing more than 95 lbs.
