What an AWESOME workout! That was one of the more fun lifting style main page workouts that I have seen. VERY COOL!
I got myelf to thinking. My max bench and squat are the same. Huh. That isn't good. Jason, we have to hit this hard. I need your help, brother. Kill me with squats.

Todd, I switched up my M.E. U day to the press. I did the 5 5 5 5 5 using Rut's % based on my P.R. of 280. On my last set of 5(240#) I completed 7 reps! Based on a max chart I found online that projects my 1RM to 289! I am stoked with all these P.R.'s. For a met-con I did 4 rds 500m row 12 KB push press. I had to drop from prescribed (50% BW) weight to the 1.5 pd. 16m 20s. Probably wasn't the best choice to include push press after a 5 5 5 5 5 press. I forgot about P-chain.
