So today I tried something new for me, intermittent fasting or (IF). I went 25 hours between meals. It was a bit tough and I was a little shaky in the end but it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I am going to do this once a week going forward and see how I feel. Today was a scheduled rest day but I just couldn't celebrate my fast with inactivity so I decided to do a short 12 minute Tabata workout.
IF Tabata - 24 rounds
Pushups 24-22-15-7-6-7-7-7
Squats 12-12-12-10-10-10-10-11
Situps 9-9-9-8-7-6-7-8
Total - 249
