Saturday, June 19, 2010 to Tuesday, July 06, 2010 - S-L-A-C-K-E-R

Intermittent training and letting my body rest. Hard to find motivation. Completed a few workouts here and there but nothing worthy of finding its way here on this log. I will start the Korte 3x3 program on Monday so new motivation is on the way. Looking forward to getting back after it.
