Wednesday, July 21, 2010 - Korte 3x3

Went back to Matanuska Barbell last night. Jason helped me more with my Squat form. My knees are still creeping a little far forward on my squat and I lose my arch at the bottom. I will keep working on my stretching and sitting back.
