Monday, July 19, 2010 - Korte 3x3

I was back at Matanuska Barbell. It sure was nice to get back in there and train with Jason. I worked on my Bench Grip and my Deadlift stance quite a bit. I think with Jason's help I finally have them dialed in.

Squat - Rip stance
225x5, 8x5 w/260

Bench - Comp. Grip
135x12x2, 8x6 w/165

Deadlift
8x5 w/260
