Sunday, July 11, 2010 - Korte 3x3

I was thinking I would add an additional day to the Korte 3x3 program since I was feeling good. After talking a bit with Jason I will stick with the plan and just train the outlined 3 days a week.

Bench - Alternated between 3 grips
135x12, 9x6 w/165

Squat- Rip stance
225x3, 8x5 w/260

Deadlift
8x5 w/260
