Friday, April 23, 2010 - M.E. Squat, D.E. Bench

Back in the gym after a week of NOTHING. It felt FANTASTIC! I am so glad to be back after it. I wore a belt and neoprene knee sleeves. The knee sleeves don't offer any support, just keep the knees warm.

  1. Strong work!! I can't wait to get open so I can work on my weaknesses. Improving my squat is number one!! followed by Deadlift, press, clean, snatch, bench, jerk.... the list goes on and on. I'll call ya this week, more good news on the horizon!
