I had a FANTASTIC workout tonight. Jason and I both added 15 lbs. to our Deadlift PRs.

D.E. Snatch - 115x10 - 1 rep every 45 seconds on the timer.

M.E. Deadlift - 3-3-3-1-1-1
135x3, 225x3, 275x3, 315x1, 345x1, 365x1(PR), 375xF

Strict Glute Ham Raise - 4x2 OUCH!
