Monday, May 30, 2011 - Bench & Squat

Got under the bar and did a few more squats. I'm starting to feel a little stronger again. Still had a little pain in my right leg but it's improving.

Bench Press
135x10 CG, 135x5, 205x3, 225x3x3

Squat
135x10, 185x5, 225x5, 275x5, 315x5

Kroc Rows
60x25, 60x30x2

Hamstring Curls
130x12x3

Ab Crunches
BWx25x3

Neck Harness
35x25x4
