My first 5's week on the new powerlifting program. So this was a medium week, no pushing the main movement.

75x5, 95x5, 105x5, 120x5, 140x5, 155x5

Dumbbell Shoulder Press
45x12x5

EZ Curls
70x10x5

Palms In Deadhang Chins
5x5

Dips
10, 10, 8, 6, 6
