Wednesday, May 2, 2010 - Clean, Bench Press, Ring Dips

Joe trained with me for a little bit tonight. We worked on his squat form and some sled dragging. He was having a blast and I could not be more proud. He was asking how much longer it would take him to squat two times his body weight. I know if he puts in the effort it won't take him long at all.
