Not a bad day as far as training goes. I went to a morning Yoga class which was really good. I got a DVD from Chad Aichs and training technique. One thing Chad stresses is flexibility and one thing I have found out is that I am not very flexible. I have started adding in a lot more stretching and in the case of today I also went to a yoga class so that was good.
So Long. You went alone. Holding on. To what you'll never know.
