Monday, June 13 - Thursday, June 17, 2010 - Funky Training
During this time I spent most of my days at the Aurora Gym. I was either doing Chest stuff with the 75# dumbbells or rest days or whatever. That was the worst two weeks of training I have done in a long time. I am just going to chalk this up as a loss or a rest period. The time is over and done and now it is time to re-focus my efforts and get back to training.
